Client: Christchurch City Libraries What: iOS App, Android App, Web App Date: 2020 Role: Developer, Digital Consultant Launch

The library and council websites are full of information on Māori history and culture. The problem was how to engage kids and lead them to that information. A world that they can explore and learn at their own pace was created. There is a quiz to test their knowledge, word pronunciations, videos, matching word games and it's fully bilingual to support Te Reo. Teachers use this resource to guide classroom learning. This project has seen several major content additions added over time and updates to keep the technology up-to-date. The last update saw the online version rewritten in javascript and HTML5 using the phaser framework. It’s available online, on the iTunes store, and on Google Play store.
